The challenge

Avania sits between two extremes in the MedTech research world — large CROs with global scale, and small boutique firms offering ultra high-touch service. To stand out, Avania needed to combine both: the personalization of smaller firms with the scale required to run regional and global studies across its six therapeutic specialties.

As they scale and expand into sub-disciplines they don’t yet cover, Avania must align its operational capabilities with therapeutic expertise and connect with the right MedTech companies — true partners — within each discipline.
